MGH Rewards is the loyalty program of Mexico Grand Hotels, celebrating the authentic spirit of Mexico and rewarding our guests’ loyalty. Every stay, experience, and visit brings you closer to exclusive benefits, free nights, and unforgettable moments in our hotels.
Anyone can join MGH Rewards, whether or not they’ve stayed with us before. Membership is free and open to all travelers who wish to experience the warmth and hospitality of Mexico Grand Hotels.
You can easily register through the official Mexico Grand Hotels websites or directly on each participating hotel’s site. Simply create an account and start earning points from your first direct booking.
All hotels within the Mexico Grand Hotels group participate in the MGH Rewards program. You can also register and view benefits directly through each property’s website.
MGH Rewards features five tiers that symbolize growth, connection, and belonging:
You earn 1 point for every US dollar (USD) spent on lodging, direct bookings, and referrals. Soon, you’ll also earn points at participating hotel restaurants, spas, and activity centers.
Your tier is based on the number of stays or nights you’ve accumulated. As you continue to visit, you’ll unlock new benefits, discounts, and exclusive experiences.
Your points are automatically credited to your account within 7 days after your check-out.
Points are not earned on stays booked through online travel agencies, corporate rates, non-refundable promotions, or third-party reservations.
You can redeem your points when booking through the website, or directly at the front desk. Points can be applied as credit toward nights, restaurants, spa treatments, or activities.
Your points remain active as long as you complete at least one qualifying stay every 18 months
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting the MGH Rewards Member Support Team.
