While the coolest pool title went to the Temptation Cancun Resort, Vista Encantada still placed in the final 4 of a star-studded list of resorts and private residences. We are thrilled to bring to you these amazing news: we have been honored with the "Inspector's Best of Housekeeping" recognition at two of our beautiful Cabo properties: Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa and Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences, for having one of the best housekeeping and accommodation services! This recognition is granted by the American Automobile Association (AAA) to those establishments with high quality standards in services, which are evaluated by expert inspectors in the field and members of the association.
Three resorts operated by the Mexico Grand Hotels Group in Los Cabos have been granted the prestigious “S” Badge by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism.
The S or Sustainability Badge is awarded to companies that have met demanding environmental standards.
The Mexican government’s S badge supports certifications that are issued by Earth Check and Rainforest Alliance, are aligned with global sustainability criteria, and are promoted by the World Tourism Organization and The Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
The RCI recognition program honors affiliated properties consistently offering superior holiday experiences. To receive an RCI Gold Crown Resort or RCI Silver Crown Resort award, established standards have to be met based on comments and scores from Members’ experiences.
After their visit, each member rate their experience through questionnaires and make a big contribution towards recognizing resort quality. Many areas of resort operation are rated, including check-in/check-out, hospitality and guest service, resort maintenance, unit features, maintenance and housekeeping, and on-site amenities.
The new area for children at Marina Fiesta has already opened and has been a success! It not only has a swimming pool with a slide adapted for the little ones, but also a children's playground with sandpit, an area of water jets and lounge chairs. In addition to the entire playground, the new Kids Club was opened for children between 4 and 11 years old.
